Hello Prof. Perrin,
   I apologize for not responding to your request in a timely manner. 
You pose important and complex questions and my schedule for the past 
week didn't allow for an adequate response. I wonder what the process 
would be for incorporating such queries into the position statetments 
required of candidates and included with the ballot information in 
subsequent elections? I'd be happy to support or work toward such an 
effort.
